The Rural Hotel of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, the first wine hotel in Portugal, was created following the reconstruction of the old manor house, in this 120 hectares’ property of the Amorim family. Here, in harmony with nature and re-acquaintance with tradition, our visitors can accede the innumerable wine and agricultural activities and try the peace of the Douro Valley, with the guarantee of every possible comfort. Extra beds and cots
-Free lodgment for a child until 4 y. old, in a cot;
-From 4 up to 12 y. old = supplement fee of 25€ for an extra bed (High Season), when sharing the room with their parents for a maximum of 1 child per room).

Cancellation fee
For cancellments done with an antecipation of 1 week before the booking date, the hotel will reimburse you with 40% of the total payment made in advance. If the cancellment occurs with an antecipation of 2 weeks before the reservation date, the Hotel will pay back 60%; when cancellments are made with the antecipation of 1 month, the reimbursement will be of 100%.

No show fee
-In NoShow case and if the cancellment is made with the inferior antecipation of 1 week relative to the reservation date, the client will lose the amount paid in advance:
